These terms govern access to and use of the ONEND website and its members community. By browsing the site or registering as a member you accept them. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
1. What this website is
The ONEND website is an information space about the brand, its drinks, its events and its news. No products are sold and no payments are made through it.
2. The members community
Becoming an ONEND member is free. All you need is a valid email address and to accept the privacy policy. As a member you will receive news, launches and event announcements before anyone else.
- You must be at least 14 years old to register.
- The email address you provide must be yours. Registering other people's addresses is prohibited.
- You can leave at any time by writing to contact@onend.eu.
- ONEND may remove registrations that are false, duplicated or in breach of these terms.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the site and share its content by linking to it. You may not copy, modify or distribute the texts, images, videos, logos or designs on the site without prior written permission, nor use the site in a way that harms its operation or other users (bulk registrations, unauthorised access attempts, automated data extraction or similar).
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The ONEND name, its logo, the design of its cans and all the content on this site belong to ONEND or are used with their owners' permission. Accessing the site grants you no rights over them. See the brand protection page to find out which uses are acceptable.
5. Content and links
ONEND strives to keep the information published accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Event dates, venues and conditions may change; always check the organiser's official information. The site may include links to third-party sites over which ONEND has no control or responsibility.
6. Liability
ONEND is not liable for damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures, viruses or other elements beyond its control, nor for the use anyone makes of the information published. Energy drinks contain caffeine; always check the product label and drink responsibly.
7. Changes to these terms
ONEND may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless the law provides otherwise, any dispute will be subject to the courts of the site owner's domicile.
This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
