Fraud alert
Every now and then, giveaways, messages or profiles pop up pretending to be well-known brands in order to get hold of personal data or money. This page helps you tell what comes from ONEND from what doesn't.
What ONEND will never do
- Ask you for passwords, bank details or your card number by email, direct message or phone.
- Charge you shipping costs, taxes or any other amount to hand over a prize.
- Announce that you have won a giveaway you never entered.
- Write to you from email addresses that don't end in @onend.eu.
How to recognise an official communication
- Our only email address is contact@onend.eu.
- Official giveaways and promotions are announced on this website and on the brand's official channels, always with their terms published.
- Official links lead to onend.eu. Be wary of look-alike domains with letters changed or added.
If you receive something suspicious
- Don't reply, don't open the links and don't share any data.
- Send us a screenshot at contact@onend.eu so we can act.
- If you have already shared bank details, contact your bank immediately and report it to the police.
