Privacy policy

At ONEND we handle your data with the same care we put into our drink. This policy explains what data we collect when you become a member or visit the site, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.

Data controller

Friedrich Parra Romero, owner of the ONEND brand and of this website. For any question about your data, write to contact@onend.eu.

What data we collect

When you register as a member we store your email address and, if you provide it, your name, together with the registration date and the part of the site you registered from. If you accept analytics cookies, statistical data about your visit is also collected through Google Analytics, as explained below.

What we use it for

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You must be at least 14 years old to register. We make no automated decisions and build no profiles.

How long we keep it

For as long as you remain a member. If you leave, we delete your data within 30 days at most.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand over your data. It is only processed, as data processors and under contract, by the technical providers the site needs: Vercel, which hosts the site (the server that receives your data is in Paris), and Supabase, which keeps the database in Paris; and Google, if you accept analytics cookies. Some of these providers are US companies: any international data transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Usage statistics (Google Analytics)

If you accept it in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to find out, statistically, how many people visit the site, which pages they see, for how long, from what kind of device and from which country or approximate city. Google Analytics uses random identifiers stored in cookies; it does not collect your name or email and does not keep your IP address. We do not use this data for advertising or to build profiles, and we have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation.

The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. Google Ireland Limited processes this data as a data processor and may transfer it to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Usage data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

Cookies

We use technical cookies, which the site needs in order to work, and, only if you accept them, Google Analytics cookies. The details, and the option to change your choice, are in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to its processing and request its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@onend.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
